It is possible for organizations to spend a lot of money and time creating a culture that will make them more productive.<\/span>\u00a0It is difficult and dynamic to create a culture.<\/span>\u00a0It takes more than words to create a culture. You need to reward people for their actions that reflect the values you are trying to build.<\/span><\/p>\n

You need to work ON your business, not IN it. This means that you will need a team who can manage the business when you’re not there.<\/span>\u00a0A strong company culture is often the first step.<\/span><\/p>\n

When trying to build a “commercial profitable enterprise that works even when you are not there”, creating a vision that leads everything and everyone in the business is critical.<\/span>\u00a0Vision is the core of every function and every goal. It doesn’t change.<\/span>\u00a0It isn’t flexible and doesn’t change.<\/span><\/p>\n

Create value points or culture points to ensure the vision is at the center of the work being done.<\/span><\/p>\n

No matter how many points of culture you have, ensure that the concepts are integrated into all levels and functions.<\/span>\u00a0These are the 14 points that make us the most successful business coaching company in the world.<\/span><\/p>\n
